Shipping

Shipping is free and tracked on every order to Canada and the United States.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, most orders arrive in 5–11 business days. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Returns & refunds

If it isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we’ll sort it out with a refund to your original payment method.
